LIST OF SENATORS SUSPENDED:
1: FEMI OKUROUNMU: He was the first Senator That was Suspended. He represented Ogun West under the Alliance of Democracy from 1999-2003. He made a statement that Senators were planning to impeach Olusegun Obasanjo.
2: JOSEPH WAKU: Represented Benue North West. In the year 2000, he made a statement against Olusegun Obasanjo.
3: ARTHUR NZERIBE: represented Orlu Constituency. He was suspended by Anyim’s led Senate after he raised N22m fraud that time.
4: ISA MOHAMMED: from Niger. He was SUSPENDED for SLAPPING HIS FELLOW SENATOR IYABO ANISULOWO of Ogun State. The man said na “devil’s work”.
5: Our own ALI NDUME: Ndume was in House of Representatives and now Senate. Representing Borno South. He was suspended for accusing SENATE PRESIDENT BUKOLA SARAKI for bullet proof range over importation. Ethics Committee chairman then is the present hardworking PDP’s NATIONAL SECRETARY.
6: OVIE OMO-AGEGE: represented Delta Central. He was suspended when Senate changed the sequence of election targeting The past FG not Buhari. He said that change would have favoured Atiku.
7: AHMED NINGI: Representing Bauchi Central Senatorial. He was suspended when he accused the leadership of Budget padding. Ningi is gentle now after the suspension.
8: THE NEWEST LAWMAKER to join the list is SENATOR NATASHA AKPOTI- UDUAGHAN. Representing Kogi Central. She was suspended for violation of standing rules of the Senate.
